General questions:

• Q1: How to convert audio file formats?

  A: You can follow the steps below to convert audio formats:
  1. Choose an encoder (target format) in the main interface;
  2. Open the File menu and choose " Convert Audio Files";
  3. In the pop-up window, click the button after "Directory" and choose the folder where your audio files are. The files in the folder will be listed;
  4. Select those files you want to convert or click "Select All" button to select all files, then press "Convert" button.

• Q2: Xilisoft CD Ripper can't recognize my CD drive, what can I do?

  A: If you can't see your CD drive in the dropdown list, please press "Config" button besides "Device" box, and check "Use Native NT SCSI Library" in the pop-up window. The drive should be in the list. The problem may happen to Win2000 or WinXP.
